2. Review your selections, if desired, and adjust quantities by clicking the "View Cart" button.
3. When you are ready to check out, click the "Check Out" Button.
4. When checking out, you will be redirected to a secure server to enter your credit card and address information. Thus this sensitive information is fully protected.

Easy Steps to Check Out:

1. Select your State or Country. Enter your Zip Code, if applicable.
2. Click the "Next >" button, and select how you want your order Shipped.
3. Select whether you want to pay online or by mail or fax, and click the "Next >" button.
4. Enter the information required, and either click the button at the bottom, or mail or fax in your order.

Four Ways to Order

Once you reach the "Check Out" page, enter your State, Zip Code, and choice of Shipping. You then have a choice of four ways to order:

1. For fastest service, order Online.
2. After filling in the final "Check Out" page, print it out and Fax it to (206) 203-3751.
3. Call in your order to (800) 374-0359 (USA only) or (218) 456-2568 Monday through Thursday, 6am to 6pm CST, and Friday, 6am to 4pm CST. Have your credit card ready.
4. Mail in your order to the address at the bottom of this page. Include the completed final "Check Out" page. You may either include your credit card information on the form, or enclose a check or money order with your order.
   

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated on our "Check Out" page. Even if you are not going to order online, place the items you want in your shopping cart, and go to the "Check Out" page to calculate what your shipping charge will be.

Economical International Shipments

If you don't reside in the USA, you can still get our material rather reasonably. Lowest prices for shipping a single copy of 100% Vegetarian, for example, range from $4.16 to $9.05, depending on the destination.

We do not assume any liability for loss or damage while in transit. If you wish to have the shipment insured, then a shipping method should be chosen that includes insurance.

Returns Policy

1. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Please email or call.
2. Defective items may be returned, unless sold as such, for a full refund.
3. Items in resalable condition may be returned for a full refund.
4. Items must be returned within thirty days of receipt.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable.
